Ibrahim Jiddah a.k.a Poom - Poom, J.D, was born on the 6th of December 1982 in New York City, U.S.A. Her hobbies are singing, basketball playing and loves poetry a great deal. She doesn't particularly have a favourite food but her favourite colors are black, white and red. Her greatest fears are cockroaches and darkness. She has a flair for very small or very big cars. Jid'dah says she likes trouble, simplicity and humility. What she doesn't like is hypocrisy.

Jiddah attended Igbinedion Educational Centre, Essence International School, Fed. Govt. Girls Coll. Bwari and is currently a Computer Science student in the University of Abuja, all in Nigeria.

She started singing at age three and is inspired by Mariah Carey, Celine Dion, Whitney Houston and Tony Braxton though her role model is her Mum.

Jiddah defines her musical form as serene which she says comes from trying hard to run away from chaos and confusion into a more peaceful world. She sees music as a breath of life.
